Where we work
Relief Care Alliance operates across all 18 states of Sudan, with our humanitarian footprint rapidly expanding to serve communities from Darfur’s conflict zones to the Red Sea’s drought-affected regions.
Our dedicated team of 97 volunteer professionals delivers targeted interventions addressing each area’s unique challenges: in Central Darfur, we provide emergency NFI distributions and cholera prevention; in Northern State, we implement sustainable water solutions; while in Kassala, we focus on refugee protection services.
This statewide coverage allows us to reach over 120,000 vulnerable individuals annually through our network of local partnerships. As registration continues in River Nile, Khartoum, and Al Jazeera states, our community-driven model empowers local leaders to identify needs and co-design solutions.
Despite operating solely on volunteer contributions, we’ve established coordination hubs in Port Sudan (federal office), Central Darfur, and Northern State – creating Sudan’s first completely volunteer-powered humanitarian network capable of rapid response within 48 hours of emerging crises across all regions.
