RCA Headquarters, located in Sudan, functions as the core center of operations, responsible for setting institutional policies, strategic direction, and governance standards. It leads in the development of frameworks, procedural guidance, and organizational quality assurance.
Under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Headquarters is structured to support both strategic and operational execution through the offices of the Deputy CEO for Strategy and Growth and the Deputy CEO for Operations and Compliance. These key leadership roles ensure alignment between long-term vision and daily implementation.
The executive structure also incorporates the Office of the Chief of Staff, the Office of Strategic Planning and Development, and the Office of Communications and External Relations, each playing a critical role in managing internal coordination, long-term planning, and stakeholder engagement.
